So we will solve this like this :

3/5 + (-4/6)

=3/5 - 4/6

=3x6/5x6 - 4x5/6x5 ( we are doing it like this to get the same denominator)

=18/30 - 20/30 ( now we wil simply subtract it)

= -2/30 9now we will reduce it to simplest form)

= -1/15 ANSWER

Nope I don't think so. At this stage I think this is a massively long and convolured problem so I am just working on it in bits. I'd really like someone to point out the error in my logic below. Thank you.

I've got a new train of thought.

This is just a little bit of my newest thought pattern

I am just looking at number possibilities of the 4 letters here.

4 letters are chosen from the alphabet. And these are supposed to be the number of possibilities but something is wrong!

Letters all different = 26*25*24*23=358800
letters 2 the same= 26*1*25*24*6= 93600
letters 3 the same=26*1*1*25*4=2600
Letters all the same=26
Add all these and I get 455026
Now I know it should add up to 26⁴=456976 so I am short a few possibilities here.

WHY AM I SHORT???

NOTE: 456976-455026=1950=25*26*3 (does this help?)

Since we are adding a negaive fraction, it is the same thing as just subtracting that fraction.

melody actually i exactly dont know what it truly means but the intention with which i said this is like when "someone feels jealous due to some reasons" so u might have heard this saying"i can smell something burning"whch indirectly means that someones feeling jealous !

and so the saying i said was the same but just with a slight difference like i added "coal " to it!it means this becoz like when someone feels jealous they get a lil angry or like u might have heard that "there was smoke being released from his head "which means he was getting angry!so this is also the same , here we can say like this when

a boy is feeling jealous and his friend sees him get angry then the friend will say"i can smell some coal burning"!through this the friend means that the boy is getting angry and his mind is kind of boiling or getting hot or feeling jealous!basically this means feeling jealous but those things were just to explain for how this means feeling jealous!

thats all what it means!
